At CCLOGIC Ltd, we do not have any setup fees, except in the situations where our subcontractors have upfront setup fees. We charge a consultancy fee, which is an estimate fee of the time required from the initial contact with our client to the completion of the project.
All new clients are required to make an upfront payment before we will begin work. We do not guarantee you or your company approval by any bank, as we can't. Fees will be charged whether your application is successful or not, we will do everything we can to make it successful but it is up to you and your company to provide sufficient documentation for all banking and merchant account applications.
We charge an upfront fee, as each new business case requires many hours of work and documentation management before we can achieve the desired outcome. Previous experience has shown us that invoicing clients after the work has been completed resulted in a large percentage of clients not paying in full for the time used and money spent on their project.
